2022 - 2024

Developed research capabilities using machine learning and AI techniques, focusing on analysis and Python for automatic detailing module development for architectural building elements in BIM models.
Enhanced project management skills in design clash detection and resolution for multidisciplinary projects within the Korean AEC industry.
Gained insights into the Korean business environment by collaborating with top universities and BIM professionals in a long-term national BIM Arch-detailer project (2021-2025).

2019 - 2020

Successfully honed leadership and managerial skills by managing a team of 20, including 5 departmental staff and 15 trainers.
Strengthened communication and coordination abilities by building networks with engineering professionals, government DTVE headquarters, and industry employers in Myanmar's construction and building services sectors.
Served as an "Assessment Manager" overseeing five diploma courses, ensuring effective management, administration, and quality assurance for City & Guilds (UK) qualifications.

2016 - 2019

Developed strong TVET pedagogical skills in instructing and assessing engineering subjects for City & Guilds (UK) examinations organized by the British Council in Myanmar, working as a part-time CGI trainer at private international engineering colleges.
Served as a civil engineering assessor, evaluating candidates' performance and knowledge to meet qualifications for CGI assessment standards. and also as an internal verifier at Technopoint Engineering Training Center, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of assessment activities and decisions.
Taught engineering subjects, including applied sciences, mechanics, engineering mathematics, site surveying, structural mechanics, drawing and estimation, environmental sciences, construction technology, and building services (M&E).

2022- 2024

Through Global Korea Scholarship for Graduate Program 2021, completed Master's degree program focusing on AI, automation, project management, and BIM, with a thesis on developing automated modules for modeling exterior architectural elements.
Won an excellent academic outstanding award by NIIED, Ministry of Education, South Korea.
Worked as a full-time researcher at Informatics for Infrastructure Insights (i3lab), a construction project management lab at Seoultech.
Master Thesis : "Study on development of Automatic Detailing Modules for Exterior Architectural Elements in BIM models".

2013 - 2019

Completed double bachelor degrees at WYTU through both practical and knowledge requirements for diverse modules, including structural design, surveying, geotechnical engineering, construction management, and environmental engineering.
Held leadership roles as the MYEO Campus Chapter Director of WYTU, President of the Association of Civil Engineering Students (ACES), and Secretary of the English Club, enhancing my organizational and communication skills.
