Training Manager
As the Training Manager at AKI Myanmar Engineering Company and head of the engineering training department, I played a crucial role in developing the skills and knowledge of our engineering and technician teams. I was responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with industry standards and company objectives. Additionally, I served as the Assessment Manager for City & Guilds diplomas, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of assessments to meet the highest standards.
CGI Engineering Trainer
As a dedicated engineering trainer, I specialized in guiding candidates through their journey to obtain an international diploma from the UK. I provided comprehensive training for engineering diploma courses, including civil, electrical installation, and air-conditioning, blending theoretical knowledge with practical skills to ensure student success. I am proud to hold the record for the most 'Distinction' grades in CGI exams history at AKI School.
Civil Engineering Trainer
As an internal verifier at an internationally approved center, I oversaw assessors to ensure accurate and consistent CGI qualification assessments. I shared my theoretical skills with candidates who had practical construction experience but lacked technical knowledge, addressing real industry challenges. Additionally, I taught various subjects for the Level 3 IVQ Diploma in Construction, including applied sciences, mechanics, surveying, and building services (M&E), contributing to the development of future professionals in the field.
